Dr. Richardson will help you set up a treatment plan including acupuncture, herbal consultations, bodywork and dietary/lifestyle factors that address your overall wellbeing.

Acute issues can usually be resolved within 4-6 sessions, while chronic problems may require ongoing treatment. Even the most chronic problems should see some improvement in three sessions. The overall health of an individual will ultimately determine how long treatments are needed. Treatments tend to have a cumulative effect, and maintaining the prescribed treatment plan will have quicker results.

Typically, a session will last an hour and fifteen minutes. This includes extensive head to toe intake, and treatment addressing specific complaints. Please allow an extra fifteen minutes on your initial visit to complete intake forms and insurance information.

You should wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes. Clients will be clothed or appropriately draped during treatment.
